Getting Started
How do I set up my account?
After signing up, you'll be guided through our onboarding process where you'll add your business information, first location, and choose a plan. The entire setup takes about 5 minutes.
What hardware do I need?
Just an iPhone or iPad to manage your queue with the Quevo Manager app. For customer check-ins, you can print a QR code (no hardware needed) or use an iPad kiosk. Check our Hardware Guide for recommendations.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Starter plan is completely free with up to 1 location and 1 provider. No credit card required. You can upgrade anytime as your business grows.
Account & Billing
When will I be charged?
If you're on the free Starter plan, never. For paid plans, you'll be billed monthly starting when you subscribe. You can cancel anytime.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor Stripe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Dashboard → Billing page. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Using Quevo
How do customers check in?
Customers simply tap the iPad at your front desk, enter their name and phone number, and they're added to the queue. They'll get an SMS when it's their turn.
Can I customize the check-in experience?
Yes! You can add your logo, customize colors, set up location-specific messages, and configure which information to collect from customers.
How do I call the next customer?
On your manager iPad, tap the customer's name and select 'Call Customer'. They'll instantly receive an SMS notification that you're ready for them.
Can I see analytics and reports?
Absolutely! Your dashboard shows real-time analytics including daily check-ins, average wait times, peak hours, customer retention, and more.
Technical Support
What if my iPad loses connection?
Quevo works offline temporarily. Check-ins will sync automatically when connection is restored. Make sure both iPads have a stable WiFi connection.
Can I use Android tablets?
Currently, Quevo works on iPads only. Android support is coming soon! Sign up to get notified when it's available.
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password.
Is my customer data secure?
Yes! All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We're SOC 2 compliant and follow industry best practices for data security.
